Return and Refund Policy

The products sold by SASHICO OLISTIC PET S.R.L.S. are classified as animal food supplements, and as such are considered food products under Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. They are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

"the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery."

Furthermore, in compliance with EU and national food regulations, the return of food products is not permitted, even if unopened, if there is any risk of altered storage conditions after delivery.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or unsealed food supplements, including partially used or damaged items.

Valid return requests

If the product is unused, unopened, with intact packaging and seal, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, as per Article 52 of the Consumer Code.

The request must be submitted in writing to:

The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Customer information

  • Product(s) subject to withdrawal

Once the request is received, we will provide instructions for the return, which must be completed within 14 days.

Refund conditions

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, provided that:

  • the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • there are no signs of tampering or damage

  • the return procedure and deadlines were followed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a detailed description of the issue:

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
